The Luraco iRobotics 7 and How It Works | An Actual Demonstration
The iRobotics 7 massage chair is Luraco's top-of-the-line, best-selling flagship massage chair to date. It has its own patented remote control keypad which is very user-friendly. It has genuine natural leather at all of the touch points that the user sits in. It's not a man-made leather so it feels really supple, really comfortable.

The Luraco i7 is an S-track chair and that allows for side-to-side movement of the rollers. It also has a unique feature that it talks to the user (more of this later). It allows for five different users so anybody can save their user settings. Once you get the chair to do what you want it to do, you just hit "save user" and pick a number. Next time the user comes back to sit in the chair, it goes immediately back to the settings that were saved last.

How does the Luraco i7 Work?
At the start, the chair will do a thorough body scan and you will hear a voice saying "body scan activated" and will basically narrate to explain to you what's happening. It's very useful especially if you're new to massage chairs. The chair will then use its roller to carefully go up and down the user's back as well as inflating the arms and the leg and is extending in and out.
The chair gets a very thorough and precise reading of your body dimensions and what that means for you is that the massage experience is going to be custom-tailored for your body size. The rollers, for example, will go where they need to. It's going to know your height and the massage is much more precise as a result.
The body scan is a process that you'll do the first time you use the chair. One of the major conveniences of the iRobotics 7 is that once you've done the scan the first time, you can save your settings into the remote so that in the future when you sit in the chair, you just press User 1 and the chair will automatically go into your favorite massage mode that's already customized for your body type. You won't need to do the body scan again.
As the hands and the forearms are inflating, the rollers will do a great job on the top of the trapezius muscle and all this is still part of the body scan and it just goes to show how much preparation and thought Luraco has put into the iRobotics 7. One of the reasons why customers have loved the chair so much is because it does provide such a precise body scan and the massage as a result is his custom fit for their body.
The rollers will then slowly work through the neck and shoulder area detecting your body dimensions. Aftwerwards, you will hear, "body scanning complete." It will then proceed to initiate the stretch massage mode. It will tilt and recline the user backwards into zero gravity mode. The benefit of this is that:
- The tension is taken off of your back and your knees
- Your circulation is improved because the blood isn't rushing down through your feet all day. It's now where your heart is at a similar level to your knees.
As the stretch mode continues, it will bend you backwards and grab a hold of your feet and pull them down. Your feet will have a sensation of being pulled down away from your knee and at the same time your shoulders are arched back a bit because the shoulder airbags have grabbed a hold of your shoulders, so to speak. The calf rollers are also activated and will massage the calf.
The chair will then bend you back into a natural pose and again initiate the stretch. So again, just to kind of refresh, It grabs a hold of your feet and your leg and it straightens you out and it really pulls down to stretch out your quadricep muscles, your hips, your waist area, and then it pulls down even further. You will feel that it's a great stretch and it's very relaxing! So if you have tension in your hips, or your waist, or your knees, stretch mode is an experience that you really ought to try. It does that repeatedly for you a few times to really kind of make sure you get that benefit of the stretching movement.
Shiatsu Massage Mode on the iRobotics 7
First, the foot rollers are activated and they do a very thorough job. There's a double foot roller so both the the heel area and the middle of the foot are being massaged at the same time. The chair will sway your hips from side to side using its airbags. What that does is it massages and allows some flexibility of movement in your hips and the waist.
