MULTI-AREA HEATING ELEMENTS
The experience starts with a 4 roller, L-track massage system that starts in the base of the skull and extends into the gluteal muscles.
Relaxation with the Jin is taken even further with comfortable heat in the forearm, calves and lumbar region. Most massage chairs limit the heating elements to just the lower back. The Jin’s multi-area heating elements will increase comfort and circulation for the user.
ADJUSTABLE SHOULDER HEIGHTS

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?
- The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
- The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
- If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
Canadian customers
- Yes, we ship massage chairs to Canada often. Total turnaround time is typically about 2 and a half weeks. Free shipping is included on all massage chairs priced above $4999.
- The only other cost you are responsible for is your local sales tax (5% to 13%, depending on your location). We cover all other import costs like duties and customs fees.

- Warranty coverage begins on the date the consumer purchases the product.
- This warranty only applies to the original end user/owner of the chair and is non-transferable.
- This product is intended for home use only. Any use in a commercial setting will void the warranty of this product.
- Warranties are only valid within the United States & Canada, provided the product has been operated according to the enclosed instructions.
*To be eligible for the hassle free replacement warranty the product must be in possession of original owner and have receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications of original condition, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, power surges, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage, abuse, misuse or environmental conditions, loss of use during repairs, and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
All returns for issues other than the aforementioned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Goods are required to be packaged in original un-opened packaging and the user is responsible for the cost of the freight shipping the parcel back to us.
Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

- You can return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date you receive your delivery, no questions asked. Just contact us and we'll send a truck to pick it up.
- You receive a full refund, minus $250 for shipping. And we're so committed to your satisfaction that we even offer you a free one-time exchange where you won't need to pay any shipping. We will pay to ship you a new chair that better suits your needs, and to ship your original chair back.
- Items must be in new condition and contain the original box and packaging materials. If you are getting white glove setup service, we advise you to instruct the delivery person to give you the boxes so you can keep them. If you received white glove delivery, $250 will be deducted from your refund for this service.
- Please have the chair ready to be picked up (disassembled, packaged, and placed outside your home). If you would like assistance, you can add the optional white glove return service for $300 which includes disassembling, packing and moving the chair out of your home.)
- Orders outside of the 48 continental United States are subject to additional return shipping fees.
