- You can return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date you receive your delivery, no questions asked. Just contact us and we'll send a truck to pick it up.
- You receive a full refund, minus $250 for shipping. And we're so committed to your satisfaction that we even offer you a free one-time exchange where you won't need to pay any shipping. We will pay to ship you a new chair that better suits your needs, and to ship your original chair back.
- Items must be in new condition and contain the original box and packaging materials. If you are getting white glove setup service, we advise you to instruct the delivery person to give you the boxes so you can keep them. If you received white glove delivery, $250 will be deducted from your refund for this service.
- Please have the chair ready to be picked up (disassembled, packaged, and placed outside your home). If you would like assistance, you can add the optional white glove return service for $300 which includes disassembling, packing and moving the chair out of your home.)
- Orders outside of the 48 continental United States are subject to additional return shipping fees.

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?
- The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
- The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
- If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
Canadian customers
- Yes, we ship massage chairs to Canada often. Total turnaround time is typically about 2 and a half weeks. Free shipping is included on all massage chairs priced above $4999.
- The only other cost you are responsible for is your local sales tax (5% to 13%, depending on your location). We cover all other import costs like duties and customs fees.
