SL-TRACK
SL track is an upgraded version of both S track and L track massage chairs. SL Track massage technology optimizes the quality of massage by following the natural curvature of your back and hips from neck to buttocks while continuously delivering massage. It does this by gently curving the frame in near the neck and lumbar region while extending the frame underneath the seat to reach the glutes. This ensures you receive the largest coverage area of massage possible while also maintaining the highest quality of massage.
WHAT IS “S-TRACK” & “L-TRACK”?
S-TRACK
S Track the massage system follows the contours of your back hugging the lumbar and neck but the massage system does not travel and massage underneath your seat. A chair with only S Track provides a smaller coverage area.
L-Track
L Track the massage system travels directly up and down the back in a straight line and directly out underneath the seat, this system does not follow the natural contours and curvature of your body. A chair with only L Track provides an inferior massage.
ZERO GRAVITY
Zero-gravity is a neutral posture position where you're reclined back close to parallel with the ground but your back is slightly elevated and your legs are partially elevated leaving your knees positioned slightly above your heart. This position cradles the body and supports the spine reducing pressure on the disks in the back allowing them to relax and promotes fluid exchange. If you have a bad back this position is great for reducing pressure on your lower back. The zero-gravity position also holds your body in a position designed to optimize contact with the massage system helping deliver a better massage experience than chairs without it.

KNEE, LEG & FOOT MASSAGE
Full foot and calf massage from your knees down to your toes helps loosen stiff muscles, stimulate blood flow, reduce swelling, and in general takes away the aches and pains in your legs. he open style footrest design makes it easier to get your legs in and out of the legrest than closed toe design footrests without sacrificing the quality of massage. The added reflexology foot rollers work to help reduce swelling and tight muscles in the arches of your feet after a long day on your feet. The air compression therapy system grips and massages the calves and air cells surrounding the feet fold over the top of the foot, pushing the foot deeper into the rollers for an improved foot massage.
LEG EXTENSION / HEIGHT ACCOMODATION

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?
- The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
- The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
- If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
Canadian customers
- Yes, we ship massage chairs to Canada often. Total turnaround time is typically about 2 and a half weeks. Free shipping is included on all massage chairs priced above $4999.
- The only other cost you are responsible for is your local sales tax (5% to 13%, depending on your location). We cover all other import costs like duties and customs fees.
Manufacturer's Warranty
This warranty is from the manufacturer so you can call them directly if you ever need service. Everywhere within the 48 continental United States is fully covered under this warranty.

Not Covered By Warranty:
Any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications of original condition, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, power surges, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage, abuse, misuse or environmental conditions, loss of use during repairs, and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. All returns for issues other than the aforementioned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Goods are required to be packaged in original un-opened packaging and the user is responsible for the cost of the freight shipping the parcel back to us.
Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Requesting Warranty Services:
All warranty service requires approval and authorization by Synca Wellness. Consumers can contact the Synca Wellness Customer Service department between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, at (877) 217-2862 or via email at service@ib-wellness.com.
Products require a Return Authorization number (RA) for any returns. Products received without a valid RA number will be refused. Synca Wellness will not issue RA numbers for “Buyer’s Remorse” or freight damage for shipments to consumer, except for drop shipments direct from Synca Wellness.
During the In-Home service and Parts warranty period, Synca Wellness, at its sole dis cretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable length of time. If a particu lar part is not available, reasonable efforts will be made to locate a compatible replacement part. If a compatible part is not available, Synca Wellness may replace your product with the same or a similar product of equal value.
For In-Home Service, Synca Wellness will arrange for all covered parts deemed necessary for repairs to be sent to the consumer. Once the parts are received by the consumer, they will be contacted by an authorized service provider to schedule repair of the product at the customer’s residence at no charge to the consumer. In Home service is available within 150 miles of the nearest authorized Service Provider (mileage beyond 150 miles from an authorized service center is the responsibility of the consumer).
Any repairs needed during the Parts warranty coverage, Synca Wellness will provide parts at no cost and contact information for a service provider in their area. The labor fees af ter the first year of ownership are the responsi bility of the consumer as the labor warranty will have expired.

- You can return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date you receive your delivery, no questions asked. Just contact us and we'll send a truck to pick it up.
- We don’t charge restocking fees on Osaki, Luraco, Synca, Human Touch, Infinity, Daiwa, Ogawa, Svago, JPMedics, Kyota, Inada, Dr. Boss, TruMedic, Titan, Breo, IB Wellness, or Apex products.
- So you would receive a full refund, minus $250 for shipping. However, we're committed to your satisfaction that we even offer you a free one-time exchange where you won't need to pay any shipping. We will pay to ship you a new chair that better suits your needs, and to ship your original chair back.
- Items must be in new condition and contain the original box and packaging materials. If you are getting white glove setup service, we advise you to instruct the delivery person to give you the boxes so you can keep them. If you received white glove delivery, $250 will be deducted from your refund for this service.
- Please have the chair ready to be picked up (disassembled, packaged, and placed outside your home). If you would like assistance, you can add the optional white glove return service for $300 which includes disassembling, packing and moving the chair out of your home.)
- Orders outside of the 48 continental United States are subject to additional return shipping fees.
