Double Infrared Heater
The dual heater work to stimulate blood flow and bring blood to the surface of the skin where the massage rollers can stimulate the tissue to enhance circulation. These heater also loosen stiff muscle enabling a more effective massage. * Heaters can also be used independently.

Air Compression Massage

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?
- The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
- The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
- If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
Canadian customers
- Yes, we ship massage chairs to Canada often. Total turnaround time is typically about 2 and a half weeks. Free shipping is included on all massage chairs priced above $4999.
- The only other cost you are responsible for is your local sales tax (5% to 13%, depending on your location). We cover all other import costs like duties and customs fees.
Manufacturer's Warranty
This warranty is from the manufacturer so you can call them directly if you ever need service. Everywhere within the 48 continental United States is fully covered under this warranty.
This item includes a 3 year limited manufacturer warranty. Synca Wellness products are backed by limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship.
A qualified technician would be sent to your home to provide service if you ever need it. You never have to ship the chair for service.

Not Covered By Warranty:
Any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications of original condition, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, power surges, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage, abuse, misuse or environmental conditions, loss of use during repairs, and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. All returns for issues other than the aforementioned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Goods are required to be packaged in original un-opened packaging and the user is responsible for the cost of the freight shipping the parcel back to us.
Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Requesting Warranty Services:
All warranty service requires approval and authorization by Synca Wellness. Consumers can contact the Synca Wellness Customer Service department between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, at (877) 217-2862 or via email at service@ib-wellness.com.
Products require a Return Authorization number (RA) for any returns. Products received without a valid RA number will be refused. Synca Wellness will not issue RA numbers for “Buyer’s Remorse” or freight damage for shipments to consumer, except for drop shipments direct from Synca Wellness.
During the In-Home service and Parts warranty period, Synca Wellness, at its sole dis cretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable length of time. If a particu lar part is not available, reasonable efforts will be made to locate a compatible replacement part. If a compatible part is not available, Synca Wellness may replace your product with the same or a similar product of equal value.
For In-Home Service, Synca Wellness will arrange for all covered parts deemed necessary for repairs to be sent to the consumer. Once the parts are received by the consumer, they will be contacted by an authorized service provider to schedule repair of the product at the customer’s residence at no charge to the consumer. In Home service is available within 150 miles of the nearest authorized Service Provider (mileage beyond 150 miles from an authorized service center is the responsibility of the consumer).
Any repairs needed during the Parts warranty coverage, Synca Wellness will provide parts at no cost and contact information for a service provider in their area. The labor fees af ter the first year of ownership are the responsi bility of the consumer as the labor warranty will have expired.
