Adjustable Shoulder Massagers
The shoulder massagers are adjustable to accommodate various heights and builds. Typically the shoulder massagers are stationary and can not be adjusted, neglecting the taller and shorter users. Directly above the shoulder massagers are hi-quality speakers that will sync with your device to play your favorite tunes while enjoying your personal massage.
Arm Massagers
The arm massager is 20”in length, composed of 4 airbags per side that surround the forearms, wrist and hands. The inner lining is made of durable spandex that comfortably contours the shape of the users arms.
Hip Massagers
The hip massagers inflate and deflate creating a multitude of different massage actions. When only one side inflates it promotes a twisting action. When both sides inflated it compresses the hips inward providing a firm squeeze. Located on the seat base are airbags to prop one side higher than the other adding a new dimension to the hip twist.
Lower Back Heat
In the lower back along the lumbar region are 2 heating pad that reach a soothing temperature of 104 – 122 fahrenheit. With the heat application it will enhance the feel of the roller head massage.
Back Twist
Along the outer waist air additional air bags to compliment the hip airbags. The airbags in the backrest will inflate independently to promote a deeper twist.
2 Stage Recline Positioning
On the center of the remote is the auto recline position button. If you press once and it will go into a reclined position with the seat base slight more pitched. Press it a second time and the chair will be in the full recline position placing the feet close to heart level. The recline position can be customized. The preset recline settings are recommended recline positions.
Leg & Waist Stretch
The leg and waist stretch is applied by inflating the airbags in the feet and then retracting downwards creating a pulling action. This action will repeat multiple times during the course of the auto stretch program.
Leg Extension
To accommodate the varying height of users, the leg portion is adjustable. The leg massager is on a steel track in 2 different sections. One focusing on the feet and the other on the calves. Gently press your feet down until they are fully extended. The spring will allow for 9 inches (23 cm) of extension.
3 Row Foot Rollers System / Calf & Foot Massage
The foot massagers has 3 rows of rollers on the base. Typically most chairs have 1-2 rows, covering only the toes and bridge. With 3 Rollers, majority of the bottoms of the feet are massaged including the ankle and Achilles. At the rear of the foot massagers are airbags intended for squeezing of the ankle and heel. With a close toes system the toes are pampered with an independent toe massage which is refreshing after a long day.
As the foot rollers massage the bottoms of the feet, airbags from sides and top inflate pressing the feet down for a more pressurized massage.
3D Intelligent Massage Technology
The 3D massage technology provides a much more consistent massage throughout the back. The natural curves of the spine requires the rollers to be able to retract in and out to compensate for multiple levels of depth as it rolls down the back. With 3D technology this now possible! A consistent amount of pressure is applied to the massage, enhancing your massage experience. On the top of the shoulder the massage heads will protrude forward pressing down from the top of the shoulders. This innovative massage technology has received high praise for its life like feel.
61 Airbag Massage
From the shoulders down to the feet, there are a total of 61 airbags thoughtfully placed throughout the chair, massaging all the key areas for an effective massage. 61 airbags are complimented with 8 magnetic nodes and 2 air pumps for a dependable and strong massage. The airbag massage intensity can be adjusted to 3 levels, mild, medium and strong. The added innovation is that you can control the intensity independently from the arms and the legs. Most chairs the intensity of the air pressure is the same throughout.
6 Pre-Set Programs
There are total of 6 preset programs. Each one focusing more towards a specific massage discipline and style. Instead of fussing with custom a program, you can simply press one of the 6 professionally design preset programs. Select from TIME, FINE, RELAX, STIFFNESS, AIR PRESSURE and WAIST STRETCH.
3 Memory Setting
For the ones that are more specific with their massage, you can store up to 3 customized massage programs in to the remote by simply activating all the features you like and then pressing down A,B or C for the chair to memorize. When pressing down you will hear a beep indicating that the chair has completed storing the program. From that point forward simply get in the chair, power it on and then select the customized program. The A, B and C buttons are located to the right of the red power button on the remote.
Easy to Use Remote
The remote is mounted to a stand that swivels and moves forward and back. The remote has color coded indicating functions of the buttons. The Large VFD color display allows you to see what the chair is doing and where it is massaging.
High Quality Speaker

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?
- The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
- The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
- If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
Canadian customers
- Yes, we ship massage chairs to Canada often. Total turnaround time is typically about 2 and a half weeks. Free shipping is included on all massage chairs priced above $4999.
- The only other cost you are responsible for is your local sales tax (5% to 13%, depending on your location). We cover all other import costs like duties and customs fees.

This NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty is provided by Titan MassageChair,Inc.
We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
What Is Covered*:
- This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
- This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
- This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second year at no cost to the customer.
- Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
- The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.
What Is NOT Covered*:
- Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism
- Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.
- Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.
- Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
- This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute as a defect for warranty.
- Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
- Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
- The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
- Products used in commercial or corporate settings
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
Implied Warranty & Other Damages:
- Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3 year portion of this limited warranty.
- By making a purchase, you agree that Titan Chair LLC. will not be liable for any items damaged and/or lost while en route to the specified address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.
- In no case will Titan Chair LLC. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.

Titan Chair, LLC Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
Warranties are non-transferable, and do not cover any damage or loss caused by: use in a commercial or corporate setting; failure to follow operating instructions; Electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; including but not limited to remote controls; Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquake, tornado, fire, flood); loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired; products purchased from unauthorized resellers; alterations or modifications of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repairs; loss of power.
Damage that occurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Fading, wearing, and the pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under the warranty. Failures of attach points such as stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Under no circumstance shall Titan Chair, LLC or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, etc.), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranties are only valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. All warranties begin on the DATE OF PURCHASE. Titan Chair, LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame.
Easy Returns
- You can return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date you receive your delivery, no questions asked. Just contact us and we'll send a truck to pick it up.
- You receive a full refund, minus $250 for shipping. And we're so committed to your satisfaction that we even offer you a free one-time exchange where you won't need to pay any shipping. We will pay to ship you a new chair that better suits your needs, and to ship your original chair back.
- Items must be in new condition and contain the original box and packaging materials. If you are getting white glove setup service, we advise you to instruct the delivery person to give you the boxes so you can keep them. If you received white glove delivery, $250 will be deducted from your refund for this service.
- Please have the chair ready to be picked up (disassembled, packaged, and placed outside your home). If you would like assistance, you can add the optional white glove return service for $300 which includes disassembling, packing and moving the chair out of your home.)
